Does INspares GmbH also sell and supply spare parts?
No! Our aim is to provide an up-to-date, 100 per cent overview and transparency. That is why we remain manufacturer-neutral and do not supply or sell spare parts.
What makes OT360 solutions unique?
Sometimes visions are incredibly innovative, but very unrealistic. INspares is 100 per cent practice-oriented. The idea for smart obsolescence management was born out of specific customer wishes and requirements. And put into practice with a great deal of practical experience. Instead of working laboriously and incompletely with Excel lists, all relevant components are recorded simply and precisely – thanks to an intuitive photo app and AI-supported item allocation. The result is an unprecedented 360° overview and access to up-to-date lifecycle and ageing information. And the option to call up information directly at the switch cabinet via QR code scan. This not only helps maintenance and management teams with planning, but also with budgeting.
Thanks to the perfect interaction between the app and portal, 100 per cent transparency is achieved for the first time in OT history. And because this is our maxim, it goes without saying that the information and recommendations on discontinuation and replacement are manufacturer-neutral in all directions.
Does INspares GmbH also offer repair services?
No! We make the information about your active components transparent and provide you with a quantitative and reliable basis for decision-making in maintenance management. However, as we have a large network of partners at our disposal, we will be happy to put you in touch with suitable service providers if required.
Are all relevant components really mapped and recorded in the OT360 software?
Yes, all components in use are recorded very quickly by our photo documentation in the app. You can choose whether your employees or one of our service partners should take on this task. The result: a complete 1:1 replica of your active components in the system – not just an incomplete list of spare parts in SAP.
